The Brentwood Farmers Market name: some directories still list a “Brentwood Farmers Market,” but its website has expired and we could not confirm a 2026 season. We will add it if it returns.
Franklin Farmers Market, about seven miles south
The Franklin Farmers Market, founded in 2002 by eight farmers, runs every Saturday, rain or shine, 8 a.m. to noon, year-round. It has moved to Franklin First United Methodist Church, 120 Aldersgate Way, at Mack Hatcher Parkway and Franklin Road, with three large parking lots. Vendors must “make it, bake it, raise it or grow it.” There is no ATM, though many farmers take cards. Dogs are not allowed except service dogs.
Factory Farmers Market

SNAP and EBT
The Nashville Farmers’ Market takes SNAP/EBT at participating farms and doubles it through its Fresh Bucks program: bring your receipt, EBT card and ID to the info booth in farm shed 1 (booth 173), 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday or Sunday, and get $1 in tokens for every SNAP dollar spent, up to $100, to spend at the same farms.
The Brentwood and Franklin market listings do not say whether they accept SNAP; ask the market before you go.
