Brentwood’s bakeries are on Franklin Road: a long-running family bakery at Hill Center and three chain shops at the Brentwood Place shopping center at 330 Franklin Road. A doughnut shop off Mallory Lane near Cool Springs is the fifth.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Brentwood’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 18, 2026. We added places from Hill Center Brentwood’s dining directory and kept them only where the place’s own site gave a Brentwood street address. We checked every address against the city limits with the U.S. Census Bureau’s address lookup, so bakeries with a Brentwood mailing address in Davidson County are not here. SusieCakes, which Hill Center and the bakery list as coming soon at 213 Franklin Road, will be added when it opens. The list is alphabetical. Bruegger’s Bagels is the bagel chain’s Brentwood Place shop, with dine-in seating, Wi-Fi, catering and online ordering. Its page showed only the day’s closing time when we checked, so look at it for the day you plan to go.
Crumbl Cookies is the cookie chain’s Brentwood Place shop, with a rotating weekly cookie menu, pickup and delivery.
Krispy Kreme is the doughnut chain’s Mallory Lane shop, open from 6 a.m. every day.
Nothing Bundt Cakes opened its Brentwood bakery in winter 2023, it says. It sells Bundt cakes from full size to bite-size Bundtinis, keeps some cakes ready for walk-in customers and takes orders online or by phone. It also caters and delivers.
Puffy Muffin describes itself as a family-owned bakery and restaurant in the heart of Brentwood, rooted in the community since 1986. The bakery sells scratch-made quiche, cakes, pies, cookies and desserts, and the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and a Sunday brunch.
