Breakfast and coffee in Brentwood are almost all on Franklin Road: at Hill Center, in the shopping center at 210 Franklin Road and at the Brentwood Place shopping center at 330 Franklin Road. The one exception is a doughnut shop off Mallory Lane at the Cool Springs end of the city.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Brentwood’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 18, 2026. We added places from Hill Center Brentwood’s dining directory and kept them only where the place’s own site, or Hill Center’s directory, gave a Brentwood location. We checked every address against the city limits with the U.S. Census Bureau’s address lookup, so coffee shops with a Brentwood mailing address in Davidson County are not here. Bruegger’s Bagels is the bagel chain’s Brentwood Place shop. Its location page lists dine-in, Wi-Fi, catering and online ordering. When we checked, the page showed only that day’s closing time, 2 p.m., so check the page for the day you plan to go.

Crema is the Nashville coffee roaster’s first cafe outside Metro Nashville. It serves its full coffee and espresso menu with a savory breakfast and lunch menu, pastries from Dozen and gluten-free options from Morsel. It has 60 seats inside and six on an outdoor patio.

First Watch is the daytime breakfast, brunch and lunch chain’s Brentwood restaurant, in the shopping center at 210 Franklin Road. It lists online ordering, takeout and delivery.

Krispy Kreme is the doughnut chain’s shop off Mallory Lane, near Cool Springs, with coffee and doughnuts from 6 a.m.

Puffy Muffin is a family-owned bakery and restaurant at Hill Center that says it has been in Williamson County since 1986. It serves breakfast and lunch on weekdays and Saturday, a Sunday brunch, and its bakery stays open after the kitchen closes: until 6 p.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Starbucks is the coffee chain’s Hill Center store, listed in Hill Center’s dining directory. Its store page did not load for us, so check hours in the Starbucks app.
