Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants in Brentwood: Franklin Road and more

Most of Brentwood’s Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants are on Franklin Road, at Hill Center and the Brentwood Place shopping center at 330 Franklin Road. The others are a short drive away: one on Wilson Pike, one on Carothers Parkway near Cool Springs and a fast food drive-thru on Maryland Way.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Brentwood’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 18, 2026. We added places from Hill Center Brentwood’s dining directory and from restaurants’ own sites, and kept them only where the place’s own site, or Hill Center’s directory, gave a Brentwood location. We checked every address against the city limits with the U.S. Census Bureau’s address lookup, so places with a Brentwood mailing address in Davidson County, such as those on Old Hickory Boulevard and Thoroughbred Lane, are not here. Chile Burrito describes its food as fresh, Mexican-inspired cooking, with large burritos, fish tacos, comfort food and fresh salads. The Brentwood restaurant is in the Brentwood Place shopping center; the company also has a weekday lunch spot in downtown Nashville.

Chipotle is the burrito chain’s Hill Center location, near Franklin Road and Williamsburg Road. Its location page offers ordering ahead for pickup.

Fabian’s Mexican Restaurant says it is a company dedicated to Mexican cooking and invites customers to call or text the number above. Its site does not post opening hours, so call before you go.

Mexicali Grill calls itself Brentwood’s Mexican grill of more than 30 years. It offers dine-in and takeout at its Carothers Parkway restaurant, with online ordering for pickup.

Taco Bell is the fast food chain’s Maryland Way restaurant in Maryland Farms. Its location page lists drive-thru hours into the early morning; when we checked, it listed dining room hours for only one day of the week, so call if you plan to eat inside.

Uncle Julio’s is the Tex-Mex chain’s restaurant at Hill Center, which lists it in its dining directory. The chain’s site describes made-from-scratch Mexican food. Its Brentwood location page did not load when we checked, so confirm hours before you go.

Yes. Mexicali Grill at 1724 Carothers Parkway offers dine-in and takeout from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, Fabian’s Mexican Restaurant is at 116 Wilson Pike, and Uncle Julio’s is at Hill Center on Franklin Road.
