Brentwood’s outdoor tables are along Franklin Road, at Hill Center and the Brentwood Place shopping center, and in Maryland Farms, where a historic manor house on Maryland Way has a patio and balcony. Hill Center itself says it has outdoor seating and green space between its shops.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Brentwood’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 18, 2026. A place is on this list only if its own site says it has a patio, a picnic area or outdoor seating; restaurants that may have outdoor tables but do not say so on their sites are left off. We checked every address against the city limits with the U.S. Census Bureau’s address lookup. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. The places

Corky’s is the Brentwood location of the Memphis barbecue restaurant. Its page lists a picnic area, which it calls Hog Heaven, along with a drive-thru, pickup, delivery and catering.

Crema is the Nashville coffee roaster’s Brentwood cafe, with six seats on an outdoor patio and 60 inside. It serves breakfast and lunch with its coffee.

Jefferson’s is a sports bar and grill in Maryland Farms that lists an outdoor patio among its Brentwood services. Its menu runs to wings, burgers and oysters.

Lemongrass Sushi & Thai, at Hill Center, has a covered patio along with long wooden tables and booth seating, and it books parties and group dinners.

Mere Bulles is a restaurant in a historic manor house in Maryland Farms that calls itself comfortably elegant. Its site describes outdoor patio and balcony options for private events, and it serves lunch on weekdays and dinner every night.
