Easter 2027 falls early: Sunday, March 28. That puts it the weekend after Williamson County Schools’ spring break (March 15-19), and Good Friday, March 26, is a separate school holiday with the system closed. Brentwood’s main public egg hunt is the city’s at the library.

The library egg hunt
The city’s annual Easter Egg Hunt is at the John P. Holt Brentwood Library. The 2027 date has not been posted. Here is how it ran in 2026, from the library’s event page:
- When: Saturday, April 4, 2026, the day before Easter. Festivities began at 1 p.m., and the hunt started promptly at 1:30 p.m.
- Where: the field between Lipscomb Elementary and the library. Parking at the library, the Brentwood Civitan parking lot and River Park.
- Age groups: toddlers to 3, ages 4 to 6, 7 to 9 and 10 to 12.
- Extras: photos with the Easter Bunny and a guess-the-jelly-beans jar.
- Bring: your own basket or bag. No registration.
We will post the 2027 date when the city does.
Easter services
Brentwood’s churches post Easter service times in the weeks before the holiday. What we know so far:
- Brentwood Baptist Church, 7777 Concord Road. In 2026 its Brentwood campus held Easter services at 4 and 6 p.m. Saturday, April 4, and 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m. Sunday, April 5, and its Nolensville campus held a 6 a.m. sunrise gathering. The church lists nine Middle Tennessee campuses on its Easter page; 2027 times are not out yet. Phone 615-324-6100.

Easter brunch
No Brentwood restaurant had posted an Easter 2027 menu when we checked. Restaurants that serve a regular weekend brunch are in our brunch guide, including Puffy Muffin’s Sunday brunch, Del Frisco’s Grille and Karrington Rowe on weekends, and the Mere Bulles Sunday buffet. Easter is a busy Sunday, so call ahead; we will add Easter menus here as restaurants post them.
